Vanity bags! What a dilemma! They’re always bigger than your suitcase, even for three days Here are a few simple tips to help you cut down on what to take. As you’ll need to set aside a fair bit of space for your sun care products (very important), you’ll need to take less make up – or different make up.

If you have La Touche Pro, you can wear it virtually all over your face (especially around the nose and mouth – areas that often get small blemishes), so you won’t need to take your foundation. You don’t have to use a powder. (in fact, you’ll get a more natural look without it). For your cheeks, a touch of Tropiques Minerale, very easy to carry with it’s magic brush inside…

For your eyes, just take one pencil to use as a liner or as an eye shadow (or both): Crayon Khôl Waterproof is perfect as it’s got a little foam brush on the other tip, allowing you to blend it as an eye shadow when you want a different look (and it won’t crease). For your lips you can use a gloss or a lipstick. My favorite is l’Absolu Rouge Crème de Brillance.

As for mascara, Hypnôse Drama Waterproof will be your friend at the beach or the pool.

This longevity is due to the fact that research labs never stopped looking for better ingredients, but also, maybe, because of the rose engraved on the bullet, so refined and precious: it makes the gesture even more glamorous.

By the way, do you know how to choose a lipstick color? It is generally said that cold colors (like a pink with blue inside) are nice on skins with pink undertones, and warm colors (with yellow inside, like orange or brown) are adapted to skins with yellow undertones.

Luckily, pink skins can wear warm colors and yellow skins can wear cold colors, of course it depends on the color of the lipstick and the rest of your make up.

Here is a little tip: if you feel that your smile is not white enough, choose a deep cold red (with blue in it), your teeth will look really brighter (I tried, it’s spectacular).

I met so many women… I love to discuss with them to find out their ideal make-up (textures, colours…). Thanks to these women, I understood that although the role of make-up is to make one look beautiful on the outside, it can also make each woman so beautiful inside.

Aujourd’hui, 15h00, la lumière filtre par la lumière de mon bureau et c’est le moment que j’ai choisi pour créer, imaginer les nouveaux looks maquillage avec la collection en édition limitée des Juicy Tubes.

Je travaille avec mes pinceaux, mes crayons de couleurs. Et privilégie un résultat super naturel et rapide pour toutes les femmes qui courent après le temps !

Et je laisse exploser ma créativité pour inventer un maquillage sophistiqué : pour une soirée, un dîner… Un moment unique.

Aaron De Mey, our make-up artist, has been part of last Paris Fashion Week.

He has done all the make-up for Riccardo Tisci at GIVENCHY, one of the trendiest shows of the season!

He has reinvented the Nude make-up, to embellish graphic clothes with neutral colours.

- Construct your own Fashion Nude, by first applying a shade of liquid foundation just paler than your natural skin-tone. If you want the total look, add foundation on your eye-brows and try the hype “bleached” effect, for an enigmatic gaze.

- Open your gaze, with using an highlighter under your eyes.

- Add just a touch of mascara, black or brown; the closest shade of your natural colour.

- To finish your nude look, draw your lips’ shape with a crayon, and put a clear or light beige gloss on your lips.

As the winter comes, enjoy a sophisticated nude skin!!!
