@Angelica Khol Gloss is a crayon with a very cream texture and can use like liner or eye shadow if you blend by brush or fingers.
You can fix the make up result with a powder but the ideal is to fix with eye shadow on same colour to intensify the result.

I was wondering, is this kohl gloss much like a cream eyeshadow? Will it rub/slide off if I don’t set it with a powder on top?
