A few secrets about lipliners!

Tip # 1: Choose a lipliner that matches your lipstick or a flesh tone shade for a soft, natural look.

Tip # 2: To make your lips look plumper, do not draw a hard lip line, blend and smudge it so your lips look fuller!

Applying a lipliner is a great way to define and accentuate the shape of your lips.
