When did I begin in Make up?
I started my career as a beautician at the Lancôme Institute de Beauté Budapest, in 1990.
In 1996 I left the beautician job to be a make-up artist - however, I put in good use all my skincare experiences every day since then. I joined Lancôme in 2000 again, as a make-up artist, now I am the NMA of this beautiful brand in Hungary.
What brought me to make-up?
I've always liked making myself and others more beautiful, shifting about and altering. I like being inspired and inspire, making friends and traveling.
As a make-up artist, I can do it all.
What is make-up for me,my philosophy?
Art can give you what is not given by nature.
My sources of inspiration:
Botticelli's renaissance portrayal of women.
Women portraits of Gustav Klimt and the european lifestyle in the 1920s.
Elegant contrasts in a snowy winter landscape.
The playful decadence of the Cote d'Azur.
The dying beauty of Venice.
The caducity of the Tibetian mandalas.
Hungarian love folk-songs.
A snowflake.
The sea.
My favorite Lancome products:
Photogenic Lumessence
Oscillation
Flash Retouche
Primordiale Levres
Ombre Absolu
Le Rouge Absolu
My favorite make-up tricks:
Draw a thin line with an eyeliner along the upper lash line, blend a dark coloured eyeshadow on it for a smoky effect, then apply a satiny shimmering shade of Ombre Absolue on the middle of your eyelid, for a highlight. Intensify the effect with a Hypnôse Drama mascara. Wonderful 3D effect!
Dab some red wine coloured Le Rouge Absolu with your finger on your well hydrated lips, then correct the contour with a satiny rose lipliner, for a velvety, powdery result.
